When you register with the WalkIn. service, we collect your name, mobile number, and visit preferences. We use this information solely to send you service reminders when you are due for your next visit.
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given at the point of registration. You are never required to register, and the service is entirely optional.
Your data is used only to send you service reminders from your barber. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the service reminders you signed up for. We do not sell your data to any third party.
We retain your data for as long as you remain an active registered customer of a barbershop using our service. If you opt out by replying STOP, your data is suppressed immediately and deleted within 30 days. If a barbershop closes its account with WalkIn., customer data associated with that shop is deleted within 30 days of account closure. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Your Rights below.
We use a small number of carefully selected third-party service providers to operate the WalkIn. platform. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and is permitted to process your data only as instructed by us, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Some of our service providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where your personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses and participation in recognised data transfer frameworks as applicable. Your data is never transferred without an appropriate legal mechanism in place.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to a supervisory authority. To stop receiving messages immediately, reply STOP to any message we send. No further messages will be sent.
